PUBLIC OFFER for the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

Limited Liability Company "Component" (OGRN: 1097746262459, INN: 7722685620), (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), by this public offer offers any individual or legal entity, as well as an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to enter into a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), in the event of acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and payment for the goods, the person accepting this offer becomes the Buyer (in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the CC RF, acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding a contract on the terms and conditions set out in the offer).
The Offer shall enter into force from the moment it is posted on the Site. The term of this Offer is unlimited. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer and/or revoke the Offer at any time at its sole discretion. Changes made to the Offer shall enter into force from the moment these changes are posted on the Site, unless another term for the entry into force of the changes is specified at the time of such posting. This Offer shall remain in force until an official notice of its revocation is posted on the Site.
In connection with the above, carefully read the text of this Agreement and, if you do not agree with any clause of the Agreement, the Seller offers you to refuse any actions necessary for acceptance or to conclude a personal agreement on terms separately discussed with the Seller.
Proper acceptance of this offer, in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is considered to be the consistent implementation by the User of the Site of all of the following actions:

Familiarization with information about the Products and their cost in the catalogs located at: https://kosib.uz
Selecting the required product or service and completing the application
Familiarization with the terms of this offer
Order confirmation (the manager will contact you by phone to process the payment and calculate the cost of delivery)
Making a payment

1.1. "Buyer" - any person (citizen, individual entrepreneur or legal entity) who, by placing an order for the purchase and delivery of Goods, information about which is posted on the website: https://kosib.uz, accepts (accepts) this public offer (offer) of the Seller to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement.

1.2. "Acceptance of the Offer" - full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer by the Buyer by placing an Order on the website and paying for it using the methods established by this Offer.

1.3. "Site" - The online store https://kosib.uz

1.4. "Agreement" - Agreement for the sale and purchase of Goods, materials and components for manufacturers of footwear, leather goods and auto tuning, indicated on the Seller's website.

1.5. "Product" - materials and components for manufacturers of footwear, leather goods and auto tuning, which are presented on the Seller's website.

1.6. Catalogue - information about products posted in the online store.

1.7. "Recipient" - persons specified by the Buyer who accept the delivered Goods either on a self-pickup basis.

1.8. "Order" - a request by the Buyer for the purchase and/or delivery of the Goods, placed on the Seller's website, which contains information agreed upon by both Parties about the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the Goods, as well as the time and place of their delivery or pick-up. The list of information to be agreed upon by the Parties to the Agreement when placing an Order is determined by clause 2 of the Offer. The Buyer can place an Order on the website of the Online Store or through the operator by phone, indicated on the website, under the terms of this public offer. The Buyer, by placing an Order for the purchase and/or delivery of Goods, information about which is posted on the website, accepts (accepts) this public offer (offer) of the Seller to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement. The offer to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement is valid in relation to any Goods, as long as information about the relevant Goods is posted on the website.
