Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of Kosib.uz and requests for footwear chemicals, components and production materials.
1. Website information
Catalog descriptions, images and technical information are provided for general guidance. Final specifications, compatibility, availability, packaging, price and delivery terms are confirmed in a quotation, invoice or separate agreement.
2. Commercial requests
Sending a form, email or message does not by itself create a purchase contract. An order becomes binding only after the parties confirm the product, quantity, price, payment, delivery and other material terms.
3. Product selection
Customers must provide accurate production requirements and verify that selected materials are suitable for their process. Our team can provide practical consultation, but final use and production testing remain the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment, warehouse pickup, transport, export documents and delivery responsibility are agreed for each order. Estimated dates may change because of stock, carrier, customs or circumstances outside reasonable control.
5. Intellectual property
Kosib.uz branding, original text and site design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful or misleading information.
